Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the item or issue store credit. To qualify, please:
•Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
•Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
After reviewing your request, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
